FLOWERS IN THE MARSH - FLEURS DANS LES MARAIS

I really enjoyed the color contrast of these flowers in the marsh: and the deers also enjoyed them, a different way. J'ai bien aimé le contraste des couleurs de ces fleurs dans le marais; et les chevreuils les ont aimé aussi. mais d'une manière différente.

We saw many of these on the trails. Nous en avons vu plusieurs sur le sentier.

PORCUPINE - PORC-EPIC

At about 40 feet in the air, this fellow seems to have a nice morning rest with his legs each side of the branch and his head resting in the fork, while overlooking the Cranberry Marsh. A 40 pieds dans les airs, ce porc-épic semble bien se reposer pour la sieste du matin, avec les pattes de chaque cotés de la branche et la tête dans la fourche, tout en regardant le marais de canneberges.

I seems that this tree had a hard time early in life, but finally made it. Il me semble que cet arbre a eu la vie dure au début, mais il a finalement réussi.

ARE WE THERE YET?

It is a little hard to walk on rocks on this railroad bed, but there is no hills. Also you have to know when to turn around. C'est un peu difficile de marcher sur les roches dans ce sentier de chemin de fer, mais il n'y a pas de collines. Aussi, il faut savoir quand faire demi-tour.

RED FLOWERS ON A ROCK

Very small red flowers growing in the moss on a rock. De très petites fleurs rouges qui poussent dans la mousse sur une roche.
